Landgoed Rorik is a sustainable paradise where agriculture, nature, and recreation come together. As part of this is Zacht Staal, a restaurant situated within a greenhouse featuring long communal tables. Here, the culinary experience is enriched by the use of products sourced directly from the surrounding land. The design is an extension of the production kitchen, which rotates a quarter turn compared to the existing greenhouse. Up to countertop height, it is executed in a pigmented concrete, above which the greenhouse construction is executed in powder-coated steel. The open-fire kitchen is visible, allowing guests the option to dine directly at the countertop.
