Barcelona Design Week is an annual, dynamic design event in Barcelona that showcases the latest trends and innovations in the world of design. With the title ‘re-act / re-light’, the 12th edition of Barcelona Design Week the exhibition was held in the Barcelona Paviljoen by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. The design is for a light installation reflecting the pavilion as a composition of the elementary meeting of surface and space, which combines into a perspective collage. To add the element of time makes an exhibition of rhythm; travelling geometrical forms become a minimal dance of the static elements, forming a relation in the spectator’s perception of space and time.
