A rehabilitation center as an exercise in itself, designed as a single route that connects all the different functions. The movement through the building becomes part of the rehabilitation process. The various functions of the rehabilitation center are organised sequentially. The route starts with the diagnosis and runs through all the different parts of the process. The façade shows the different phases of the route that runs along the façade. The movement through the building becomes visible. The contrast between the route and the other functions is visible in the brick façade with a transparent frame of the route. The design of the brick façade is a filter between the functions inside and the public outside.
